Meditation

Meditation is a wonderful medium to relax very deeply and to give the body and the mind freshness and relaxation- in fact better than sleep does!!

I have had years of intensive knowledge and experience in meditation. Meditation is a part of yoga, but is often practiced too short in the regular yoga classes. Meditation is a wonderful medium to relax very deeply and to give the body and the mind freshness and relaxation. You really do not need to know anything about Meditation, but it may be helpful or pleasant for beginners  to be in a guided meditation. I would therefore like to offer meditation sessions to share my knowledge, if someone wants to explore this field.
